I understand that a new membership account will be opened (also known as a 'reg shares' account). I understand that there is a requirement to hold a minimum of £1.00 in my share account. This will be deposited into my new account by London Plus Credit Union and is not available for withdrawal during my membership or in the event that I close my account.

PAYROLL EMPLOYEES ONLY - I authorise London Plus Credit Union to arrange this amount to be deducted from my wages at the first possible pay day until instructed otherwise. I authorise London Plus Credit Union to be notified of my leaving or termination of employment date
